ACI is offering the perfect opportunity for anybody wishing to get their career started as a producer of international business conferences. We have one of the most experienced teams of Conference Producers in the business (Chris Taylor, Marta Hoffmann, Sam Midwood & Charlotte Spain) and, when it comes to the world of renewable, biobased and sustainable fuels and chemicals, we are clear market leaders. We are offering the opportunity to one recent graduate to join our team with a view to establishing themselves as part of this team and becoming an integral part of our future portfolio growth in this sector.

The role of Conference Producer is multi-faceted so you can guarantee that no two days will be quite the same. It is also a position of responsibility as you will also learn to project manage each of the events within your portfolio. Speaker recruitment by far accounts for the majority of work but this also includes network & relationship building, video call research with experts from many different niche industries worldwide ranging from biofuels and biobased coatings to biostimulants and microgrids, agenda writing and running your events on site.

We have fully-integrated AI and automation tools developed in house to ensure we continue to stay ahead of the curve.
