Full-time Help bring unforgettable events to life The Bull Hospitality Group is searching for a hands-on, proactive, and detail-driven Events Operations Manager to join our vibrant team. We're a young and growing hospitality group with five diverse venues across East London, each hosting everything from wild birthday parties to high-end corporate events, live gigs, and immersive activations. Working side-by-side with our Events Sales Manager, you'll be the person on the ground bringing each event to life. You'll lead on setup, logistics, tech, and venue styling - ensuring every event looks, feels, and runs exactly as planned. You'll work closely with our experienced venue managers and staff, making sure clients feel confident, supported, and wowed. This role is made for someone who thrives in the fast-paced, physical, problem-solving world of events.

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking

a highly motivated and detail-oriented Event Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of various events. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational skills, a passion for guest services, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. This role requires a proactive approach to event management, ensuring that all aspects of the event run smoothly and meet the expectations of clients and attendees.

Duties



Plan and coordinate all event logistics, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and transportation. Develop and manage event budgets while ensuring cost-effectiveness. Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions. Oversee on-site event management, ensuring all elements are executed as planned. Implement fundraising strategies to maximise revenue for events. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials. Monitor guest services during events to ensure a high level of satisfaction. Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement.

Skills



Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent guest services skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences. Experience in fundraising initiatives is advantageous. Highly organised with an attention to detail in all aspects of event planning. Background in hospitality, restaurant or hotel management is beneficial. Ability to upsell services or products related to events. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, vendors, and team members.
