Working with our project managers you will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of the event management process to ensure that projects are executed and delivered as creatively and accurately as possible from concept to onsite delivery.

The role
Plan, organize, promote, and coordinate event logistics and admin
Create and manage event registration sites and delegate communication
Act as main contact for delegates, suppliers, and venues
Support budgeting, invoicing, and financial tracking
Maintain project timelines, event files, and communication updates
Attend client meetings and travel on-site when required
Suggest creative improvements to event planning and delivery processes
About you
Enthusiasm and ambition

Strong communication and interpersonal skills - clear, professional, and effective in person, over the phone, and in writing
