Part of the Dwellcourt Group, Silvermere Golf and Leisure Complex is looking for a dynamic Events Sales Manager to entice new customers and retain existing with focus on Wedding, Wakes, Events, Hospitality Services and Parties.

Previous experience in Weddings & Events business development, co-ordination and Hospitality at manager level are essential competencies

for the successful candidate.

The understanding and ability to create lifestyle content for social media is also an important part of this role. This will lead to support with both digital and print marketing.

In this role, you will be responsible for the entire sales process, from new lead generation to post-event follow-up. Delivering revenue growth, implementing effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns and lead-generation activities to drive and exceed sales targets.

You will identify new market opportunities and revenue streams, including corporate events, weddings, private parties, and social gatherings.

This exciting position suits a candidate that has a passion for event procurement and management who enjoys day to day contact with people with the desire to be involved in operations.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of generating new sales leads, understanding client needs and selling the right package to meet those needs, combined with experience of delivering banqueting events of all sizes for different occasions. Whilst not essential, it is anticipated that experience and competencies gained during wedding co-ordination will form a part of your competency tool kit. experience.
