Job Description

This is an opportunity to join us in making a significant difference to the students at Highfield School as Exam & Administrative Officer. Highfield School is an 11-19 secondary school for pupils with severe learning difficulties. Our school is popular and oversubscribed. Pupils benefit from our highly specialised teaching, outstanding pastoral care and the wide range of specialist support services and interventions we provide through our personalised programmes.
The postholder duties include, but not limited to:

  • General administrative duties
  • Provide admin support to the Headteacher
  • Maintain student information on Arbor (management information system)
  • Register students for examinations
  • Prepare exam paperwork
The successful candidate will have:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong ICT skills
  • Good time management
  • Able to work on own initiative and part of a team
  • Able to multitask and work to tight deadlines
Exam administration experience is not essential, as full training and support will be given to the right candidate.
