Please note, this role is fixed term for 12 months.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Exams Apprentice to join a friendly, supportive, and positive Exams team. The role is varied with lots of opportunity to develop new skills and knowledge.
You will be required to:
Support the Exams team with administrative functions
Provide a professional, efficient and excellent customer focused service to all staff, students and visitors.
Resolve student queries regarding exams, results, certificates and timetables.
Assist with conduction exams under JCQ and Awarding body regulations.
As an Exams Apprentice you should be confident, well organised, and proactive with good IT skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
You will have:
GCSE English
and
Maths A-c/9-4 or equivalent qualification Commitment to undertake the apprenticeship training to gain a Level 3 Business Administrator qualification
An IT qualification e.g CLAIT, ECDL or equivalent
This is a diverse role where you will be building relationships with curriculum and support staff, and many other stakeholders.
