We're looking for an Executive Administrator to provide high-quality, trusted support to our Executive Assistant and Executive Team. This is a pivotal role behind the scenes, helping ensure everything runs smoothly, professionally and efficiently -- from meetings and documentation to expenses, events and everyday organisation.

What you'll be doing




Working closely with the Executive Assistant, you'll play a key role in keeping executive activity running seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Executive Assistant and Executive Team Assisting with diary coordination, meeting bookings and meeting room arrangements Taking minutes for DPO, ESG and other meetings, ensuring timely and accurate distribution Maintaining organised, up-to-date electronic and paper filing systems Processing executive expenses in line with company policies Raising purchase orders, tracking approvals and confirming orders Coordinating delivery of goods and supporting invoice queries Providing administrative support for company events, social activities and staff initiatives Supporting ad-hoc administrative requests as needed Providing cover for Executive Assistant and Office Manager duties during periods of absence
