We are a social enterprise committed to helping families and individuals living with dementia and memory loss. We help people across the county understand and live with dementia. Joining our organisation you will be making a positive difference to people's lives. This role could be done by someone with extensive marketing and business experience but who may need to support school runs and childcare.

We are seeking a dual role both an executive assistant & someone to help with the company digital marketing. The ideal candidate will directly support the company Director in office administration and will assist in the developing, implementing, and managing of the digital marketing campaigns that promote our products and services.

This role requires an organised and creative individual who has a strong tech & software knowledge & an understanding of various digital marketing channels and the creativity to help the Director grow the social enterprise.

Duties



Manage the office administration. This includes being the first point of contact for families and ensure the healthcare company has good records to ensure good governance Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including social media, email, and search engines. Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that can inform marketing strategies. Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns. Manage the company's online presence, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging. Collaborate with teams on each dementia site to align marketing efforts with service objectives. Maintain accurate company records, & marketing activities, including data entry and clerical tasks.

Skills



Proficiency in data entry and administrative tasks with strong organisational skills. Familiarity with Google Suite for document creation, data management, and collaboration. Excellent phone etiquette for communicating with clients and stakeholders effectively. Strong writing skills with the ability to create compelling copy tailored to various audiences. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 24,000.00-27,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 22.5 - 27 per week
