The Barnet Group is seeking to hire an Executive Assistant and Project Officer to add to the growing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Providing a proactive Executive Assistant support role to the Executive team
Working collaboratively with Governance and Assurance colleagues to ensure all duties are covered, including during periods of absence
Meeting minute-taking circulating to key stakeholders on a timely basis
Providing Project Support and Executive liaison on organisation-wide projects
Supporting ad-hoc projects from across the business
What you'll need to succeed
Effective working knowledge of the complexities of large organisations
Act as gatekeeper to manage the workload of the Executive team
Drafting Executive reports and agendas to a professional standard
Coordination of Executive team's diaries to ensure priorities are delivered
Ability to minute formal meetings and distribute minutes to stakeholders on a timely basis
Well organised with ability to work calmly under pressure and prioritise work to meet deadlines
Work across Executive projects to support organisational delivery
IT and Information Management:
Advanced IT skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Adobe (PDF)
Excellent minute-taking skills, a minimum of 60 words per minute typing speed
Demonstrable project management experience
Demonstrable experience of working closely with Executive teams
