1 FTE - 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year - Permanent Salary: 31,585 per annum - 35,235 per annum (Dependent on qualifications and experience) Travel from local site to be compensated for accordingly

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Eastern Education Group Senior Leadership team to include Heads of Schools within our multi-academy group, with a focus on SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) provision. In this vital role, you will work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure efficient operations across multiple sites, providing seamless support for scheduling, high-level meetings, and communication. Your role will be essential in facilitating the coordination of SEND-related initiatives, ensuring alignment across the group, and contributing to the smooth running of each department.

Key responsibilities include managing complex calendars, organising meetings, and handling confidential communications with professionalism and discretion. You will also assist with SEND-focused projects and administrative tasks, streamlining processes to improve efficiency. Building strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders will be key to your success in this role.
