About the role:

JOB TITLE: Executive Assistant

JOB TYPE: Full Time, Permanent

HOURS: 8.30am / 9.30am 6.30pm (Hybrid working)

SALARY: \xc2\xa345,000 - \xc2\xa355,000

LOCATION: Central London

Duties:

  • Manage all day-to-day activities of the Partners, assisting in calendar management, scheduling meetings, and executing all travel arrangements
  • Liaising with external parties on behalf of the Partners, including IT service providers, hotels and restaurants, and members\' clubs among others
  • Facilitate effective communication with internal business stakeholders
  • Maintain Salesforce CRM system as well as internal reports and documentation as required
  • Handle administrative tasks such as managing budgets, processing invoices, and maintaining records
  • Assist with project planning and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of deliverables
  • Support team-building activities and assist in onboarding new team members
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency
Experience, Attributes and Skills:
  • Experience in calendar management and administrative support
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
  • Available to work out of hours when required by partners\' travel schedules
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proven track record of successful project coordination and team support
