Job Description

We are expanding our team and looking to recruit a creative, switched on and well organized individual for a varied role.



Ideally, the candidate will have a marketing or administration background and will have excellent attention to detail in every aspect of their job.



The right candidate will help

withthe

day to day running, class set up,

housekeeping

and

administration

tasks aswell as assisting in

social

media tasks

andmarketing

.



You will be responsible for providing support for the following tasks:



General

admin

Emails and phone

calls

Scheduling

social

media posts

Housekeeping

andclass

set up

Writing social media copy, creating social assets

Aiding in the creation of email marketing campaigns

Community management (moderating/commenting/responding)

Reporting assistance (tracking leads, emails etc)

Asset organization (sourcing reels, videos, photos, etc)

Knowledge of Canva is a plus, but not required.

A very high standard of MS Office skills (Word/Excel/Outlook/Google)
