What you\'ll be doing::
As our Executive Assistant you\xe2\x80\x99ll provide a confidential, comprehensive, and professional support to the CEO and CFO at iomart Group.


This is a newly created and pivotal role in supporting the CEO and CFO in their day-to-day activities and ensuring the smooth functioning of executive-level operations. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also support the coordination of board and subcommittee meetings.


Additional responsibilities include:
  • Anticipating scheduling conflicts and pro-actively resolve/prioritise to optimise time.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and editing correspondence and communications.
  • Organising and maintaining confidential files, records, and documents.
  • Preparing meeting agendas, materials, and presentations as required.
  • Attending meetings, taking accurate minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Assisting in prioritising tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion of projects and initiatives.
  • Pro-actively identifying and addressing potential issues, seeking resolution to keep work-flow uninterrupted.
  • Cultivating positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO/CFO.

  • Have proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives.
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
  • Are experienced in handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Have experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have excellent problem solving and decision-making ability.
  • Have a professional demeanour and strong interpersonal skills.
