Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Executive Assistant Intern to support our senior leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in the real estate industry while developing strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior executives.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
Support internal and external communications, including drafting emails and maintaining professional correspondence.
Conduct market research and gather information relevant to ongoing projects.
Help organize company events, client meetings, and site visits.
Maintain proper filing systems and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Support ad hoc tasks and projects as required.
Key Requirements:
Currently pursuing or have obtained a degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
A proactive and flexible attitude, with the ability to work independently.
Interest in real estate development and eagerness to learn.
Experience with boutique stores would be a plus.
