Job Description


We have an incredible opportunity for an experienced and highly professional Executive Assistant to support an ultra-high-net-worth individual - this is a varied role, supporting the principal in all aspects of their business and private life.

You will be responsible for the daily managing of their busy diary and inbox, meeting preparation, and organising all their international business travel. You will be assisting in projects and preparing presentations. You will coordinate with other Personal Assistants and assist with all general day-to-day administrative work. Alongside the business support, you will be responsible for making sure that the flowers are ordered, and the fridge is fully stocked on the arrival of the principal and his family from America. Booking parties, dinners, and events.

The ideal candidate requires a broad depth of experience, within business and previously working for a HNWI, someone who is has an international outlook, prepared to make the job their own. Is confident, trustworthy, solution-focused, highly organised, and has strong attention to detail.

About You:

Formal secretarial/office administrative qualifications and sound understanding of office procedures at a senior level essential.

A Degree is preferable.

Fluent in English in both written and spoken, and any other European language would be advantageous.

Previous experience in working at senior board level in large corporate.

Strong project management and time management skills.

Ability to communicate at all levels.

Understands different time zones.

Excellent checkable references.
