We are seeking a highly professional and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support the CEO of a landmark infrastructure project based in Ghana Africa. This is a dynamic, high-impact role requiring exceptional organizational skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record supporting C-level executives. The successful candidate will be based in Africa and will frequently travel with the CEO to the UAE and the United Kingdom to support high-level engagements with partners, government entities, and investors.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support:
Manage complex calendars, schedule high-level meetings, and coordinate all travel logistics. - Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. - Prepare executive-level documents, reports, and presentations. - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Executive Assistant to the CEO (Africa-Based)
- Project Coordination:
- Assist in tracking key initiatives, deliverables, and follow-ups across departments.
- Participate in meetings, document action points, and ensure timely execution.
- Support CEO interactions with senior stakeholders, including public and private sector leaders.
Travel & Logistics:
- Accompany the CEO on international and regional business trips.
- Manage all itineraries, schedules, and event logistics across multiple time zones.
- Ensure seamless transitions and readiness for meetings and appearances.
- Administrative Leadership:
- Work cross-functionally with legal, finance, and operational teams to support CEO priorities.
- Anticipate needs, resolve challenges proactively, and act as a trusted advisor.
- Represent the CEO in select settings with professionalism and confidence. Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5-8 years experience as an Executive Assistant to C-level executives.
- Proven ability to manage complex international travel and high-pressure environments.
- Exceptional organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Professional demeanour with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Prior experience working in international, multicultural environments; background in infrastructure, energy, or investment sectors is a plus.
- Willing and able to travel frequently to the UAE and the UK.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
