The Role
We're on the lookout for a driven junior PA/EA who's eager to learn, grow, and develop their skills, while making a real impact in their next career step.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to join a Top 75 law firm, supporting a highly regarded Legal 500 ranked Corporate Partner in their thriving practice.
This is a varied role supporting a busy Partner in the City of London office, involving email and diary management, event coordination, data compilation, and involvement in marketing, business development, and social media activities.
In this dual-role, approximately 60% of your time will be focused on administrative duties, while the remaining 40% will be dedicated to supporting predominantly the Partner (but also the wider team) with business development activities and other related tasks.
Responsibilities
General administration duties and dealing with client care responsibilities
Diary management, including booking personal and business appointments
Responding to emails and phone calls
Taking notes of meetings
Compiling information & managing data on excels spreadsheets
Business research & handling billing on legal files
Arranging & booking meetings with clients and other key stakeholders
Event booking and support
Designing, implementing, and optimising social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive conversions
Involvement with marketing and business development campaigns
What we're looking for
Skills and Experience
Recent relevant experience working as an EA/PA, supporting senior professionals at Director / Partner level, ideally within the
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Effective at managing multiple tasks at any one time
Accuracy and strong attention to detail
Ability to build strong rapport and relationships
Strong IT skills (specifically Microsoft Excel/Word)
Strong social media skills
Excellent client service
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
