Dominic Shine our Global CIO is driving a major transformation of our Enterprise Technology capabilities across the group. Key to this transformation is the strengthening of the Global Enterprise Technology Leadership Team and the introduction of a new operating model which will see 2500+ technology professionals across the group come together to form an integrated global team that services and enables the ongoing transformation of our agencies and functions.We are seeking a highly organised and adaptable individual to provide top-tier support to Executives on our Leadership Team. The person should have extensive previous EA experience, preferably in a fast-paced and complex environment, with the ability to work independently. Experience of working for a similar, global technology focused organisation to WPP would be ideal.Key qualifications include strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels in a fast paced-paced, complex environment. Confidentiality, positivity, and meticulous attention to detail are essential.What you'll be doing:

  • Proactive diary management across multiple time zones, working to understand leadership priorities and to ensure their schedules reflect these weekly; also knowing this may be subject to urgent change.
  • The main point of contact for all meeting co-ordination; liaise directly across the ET team and WPP company - from our newest employee to the most senior people.
  • Support the Directors in timely preparation of materials for meetings and presentations; being one step ahead as we move across different workstreams and priorities.
  • Organise and co-ordinate meetings, build relevant agendas and ensure cadence of meetings, relevant content and actions are followed through.
  • Support the production of any confidential information as required with absolute discretion, working in a position of high trust.
  • Coordination of all travel and logistics e.g. flights and accommodation etc.
  • Responsible for preparation and submission of expenses, managing holidays and sickness calendar.
  • Help with organisation of key events such as internal meetings, offsite sessions, private dinners, and Town Halls.
  • Provide cover for other executive assistants in the team when needed.
What you'll need:
  • Complete discretion when with dealing with confidential information.
  • Demonstrated experience - show a passion for the importance, know where we still have fun but need to be a little more formal at times.
  • Fast paced and proficient execution of tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, communicating to all - regardless of position.
  • Enthusiastic and can-do approach to work.
  • Experience of working on social media would be advantageous.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
