We are looking for a proactive and organised

Executive Assistant

to support our Leadership team.



This role provides an exciting opportunity to work with senior stakeholders and play an important part in helping shape an efficient way of working.

What we need from you



Experience in a similar position. Excellent organisational and communication skills. A proactive approach to problem solving Direction and professionalism when handling sensitive information


What you'll be doing





Proactively manage diaries and scheduling for COO, CFO and Operations Exec Coordinate and support firmwide strategic initiatives. Assist with planning, tracking, and reporting on projects led by the Operations Exec or leadership. Oversee the planning and coordination of key firmwide milestones Proactively manage the Risk and Compliance calendar. Provide support in preparing materials, tracking deadlines, and escalating issues as needed. Handle ad hoc tasks such as car renewals, travel bookings, and expense management. Provide cross-coverage and flexible support across the business where needed.
