This role is a temporary role within The Royal Mint Executive Support team, responsible for providing seamless support to the Executives.
We are looking for people who have:
Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant at Director level.
Excellent communication skills with good drafting skills.
Exceptional organisational skills with experience managing international travel, diary coordination and stakeholder communications.
Proficiency in taking accurate meeting minutes, setting agendas and handing confidential information with discretion.
