We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and strategic Executive Assistant to support a senior leader within a global organisation. This is not a traditional diary management role -- we're looking for someone who acts as a true extension of the leader, enabling their effectiveness and impact across a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. Providing a level of strategic support.
While the role is primarily remote, it will require regular regional travel to sites sites, internal offices, and key meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level strategic and operational support to the senior leader across a wide range of responsibilities.
Proactively manage a complex diary, ensuring the leader is fully briefed and prepared for each engagement.
Act as a liaison between the senior leader and internal/external stakeholders, handling sensitive information with discretion.
Support in preparing high-quality briefings, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
Join and follow up on meetings to capture actions and ensure timely execution.
Track priorities and ensure alignment with the leader's goals and wider organisational strategy.
Coordinate travel logistics, site visits, and in-person meetings across the UK.
Anticipate needs and act independently to resolve issues before they arise.
About You
Proven experience as a senior Executive Assistant, ideally within a complex or fast-moving environment.
Exceptional communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity and discretion.
Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Confident working both independently and as part of a wider leadership and support team.
Comfortable with regular UK travel and flexible working patterns.
Strong IT skills and proficiency with tools like Microsoft 365, Teams, and virtual collaboration platforms.
