We are seeking a confident, enthusiastic, self-motivated and professional Executive Assistant to be part of our Residential Property team based in our Putney office.

You will be part of a supportive cohort of your peers from across the firm, participating in a variety of firm-wide projects.


The Role




Duties include but are not limited to:


Providing secretarial support to partners, senior associates and Conveyancers within the residential property team Complete required searches utilising online Land Registry software and preparing reports Open files for new clients, updating cases as they progress and archiving completed case files Manage a busy diary schedule, coordinating client appointments and preparing required paperwork Work closely and effectively with other Executive Assistants, departments and providing support in cases of holidays and absences Manage/co-ordinate billing and compliance processes on behalf of team, Prepare Completion statements Monitor and facilitating departmental compliance with Firm-wide systems. Oversee and direct designated Administrative Assistants.

Technical skills and expertise




To be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools, specifically Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Previous experience of working as an Executive Assistant within the legal sector Attention to detail - To be able to proof read and check outgoing communications. Strong organisational and time management skills, whilst working to deadlines with limited supervision Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, able to develop good working relationships with clients and third parties. Strong literacy and numeracy skills
