The role



Working from the centre of historical Greenwich our office is situated on the bank of the river with amazing views of the Thames. We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to join our team, which is crucial to our business. Responsibilities



Organisation of electronic filing system. Monitoring and ensuring compliance across the whole residential portfolio. Administrative support to two Property Managers. Assisting with queries, tenancy issues and enquiries coming into the business. Assisting to maintain property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units and completing repairs. Ensure all works undertaken by contractors are of suitable quality and cost effective. Be fully conversant with, and adhere to, the rules and procedures contained in the Company's RICS Insurance Business Compliance Manual. To create invoices for fees and disbursements. Keep a handle on all invoices/accounts/chasing completion monies. Ensure staff are updating all details on the website with current properties and any new instructions must be advertised promptly and effectively. Actively working to increase the number of managed properties on the portfolio. Monitor and improve the quality and quantity of incoming tenant leads . Be aware of competitor performance and activity. Oversee and contribute to any marketing ideas/campaigns. Promote additional services to existing clients and customers.

Person Profile

:

Must have 2-3 years of residential property experience.

Relevant technical knowledge and competence. Client-side experience preferred. Highly organised. A logical and practical mind. Good oral and written communication skills. The ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues. The ability to analyse problems in order to identify solutions. Commercial awareness and the ability to ensure that you are adding maximum value to clients' assets. The ability to take on high levels of responsibility with enthusiasm and motivation. Good IT skills.
