to support our CEO,

Your Role
You'll be the strategic and operational backbone of our senior team, the one who makes sure our CEO and directors can stay focused on the mission because you've got everything else covered.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Diary Ownership
Manage all aspects of the CEO's schedule, meetings, and travel, anticipating needs and preventing overwhelm.
Inbox & Communication Management
Triage high-volume emails and messages, respond on behalf of leadership, and provide daily reporting on team inbox activity and follow-ups.
Event & Launch Support
Support the planning and delivery of UK and international events including travel, accommodation, team briefings, and on-site assistance.
Project & Systems Management
Track key business projects across departments, follow up on actions, and keep everything running on schedule using tools like Asana, Google Workspace, and Trengo.
Strategic Document Support
Assist with preparing presentations, reports, handouts, and briefing documents.
CEO Wellbeing & Capacity Management
Proactively manage energy and time flow ensuring clear space for leadership tasks, personal wellbeing, and creative direction with positivity and support. You will have a close relationship with the CEO so energy is vitally important.
Office Oversight
Keep our Pury Hill office running smoothly, maintaining supplies, systems, and day-to-day organisation and ensure fully stocked and the anchor of the office even if the CEO and leadership team are not present.
Ad Hoc Support
Handle a wide range of administrative, strategic, and operational tasks as they arise in a growing and evolving business.
What You'll Need
Senior-Level EA Experience
You've supported directors or C-suite leaders before and you know how to operate at pace and with confidentiality.
Google Workspace Mastery
You're fluent in Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Drive and can build documents, organise folders, and streamline comms
Exceptional Organisation & Planning Skills
You live by checklists, hate dropped balls, and can coordinate people and projects without missing a beat.
Calm Under Pressure
You bring grounded energy to fast-paced situations. You stay composed and find solutions, not chaos.
Strong Written & Verbal Communication
You write clearly, communicate professionally, and hold your own in meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
