We're looking for an exceptional all-rounder to join ENVY -- a fast-growing salon and clinic known for its professionalism, innovation, and community feel.
As Executive Assistant to the Director, you'll play a vital role in keeping the business (and the boss!) running smoothly day to day. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing the Director's diary and inbox -- keeping appointments, meetings and personal commitments running to plan.
Supporting day-to-day operations across both the salon and clinic.
Coordinating staff schedules, stock orders and supplier communication.
Assisting with social media scheduling, email marketing and campaign coordination (Canva and Mailchimp experience a bonus).
Handling client messages, enquiries and follow-ups with professionalism and warmth.
Maintaining organisation across systems, spreadsheets and checklists.
Providing confidential administrative support and problem-solving before problems even arise.

Have a natural eye for detail and presentation.
Are confident using digital tools (Google Drive, Canva, Mailchimp, social platforms).
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: 19,000.00-22,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
