Job Role Executive Assistant + Marketing Support



Position Overview



The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide high-level operational and administrative and organizational support to the M.D -Sales Director while also assisting with office administrative marketing and communications tasks. This role suits someone who is driven, efficient, detail-focused, and comfortable balancing executive support with administration creative and marketing coordination.

Key Responsibilities



Executive Support



Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and organise appointments.

Prepare meeting agendas, briefing notes, and follow-up actions.

Draft, format, and review correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinate travel, accommodation, itineraries, and expenses.

Maintain well-organised digital filing systems and documentation.

Operations & Administration



- Process purchase orders, invoices, receipts, and expense claims.

- Support preparation for team meetings, board packs, and internal communications.

- Assist in organising staff meetings, workshops, and company events.

Marketing & Communications Support



Help coordinate marketing activities and support execution of campaigns.

Update website content, social media posts, company news, and marketing collateral.

Assist with creating marketing materials such as presentations, case studies, newsletters, or email campaigns.

Coordinate with design agencies, freelancers, or suppliers to deliver marketing assets.

Support event planning for marketing or promotional events.

Collect basic marketing metrics and support preparation of performance summaries.

Assist with brand consistency and tone of voice across communications.

Project Support



Help track progress on projects, tasks, and deadlines.

Conduct basic research to support executive or marketing initiatives.

Liaise with teams across operations, sales, marketing, and external partners.

Skills & Experience



Required



Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, PA, Administrative Assistant, or similar.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace.

Experience using social media platforms or basic content creation tools (e.g., Canva).

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively.

Preferred



Experience supporting marketing teams or assisting with campaigns.

Familiarity with CRM or CMS tools (e.g., HubSpot, WordPress, Mailchimp).

Experience coordinating events or producing marketing content.

Project coordination experience.

Bookkeeping experience distinct advantage

Salary (UK Guide)



Rest of UK: 26,000 - 38,000 per year

Location Salisbury Wiltshire. This is a non-hybrid role
