Our Managing Director is a dynamic creative and business leader seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support day-to-day operations, scheduling, and communications at the highest level.
The Role
This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility role suited to someone with exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and a passion for the entertainment industry. You will serve as the key support to the Managing Director, liaising with high-level stakeholders, coordinating complex international travel, and managing a broad range of administrative and project-based tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper for the Managing Director
Manage a complex calendar of meetings, calls, and international travel
Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and correspondence
Coordinate with agents, talent, investors, legal, and production teams globally
Assist in drafting and reviewing documents and presentations
Maintain clear, confidential records and files
Track key deadlines and follow up on action items
Provide support for occasional personal admin and logistics
About You
University or film school degree within the last three years.
Live in London and have a Mac laptop
Driver's License, passport, available to travel
Skilled at working both as part of a team and on one's own
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in project management and desktop publishing
Professional discretion and ability to handle confidential information
Strong organisational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure
Calm, adaptable, and confident working with high-level industry professionals
Enthusiasm for film, streaming and global storytelling
