As our business continues to grow and evolve, we're seeking a highly capable, experienced
Executive Assistant
to support the Managing Director in driving strategic goals and operational excellence. This role is central to maintaining focus, clarity, and momentum across the company.
The Opportunity
This is a senior-level Executive Assistant position -- suited to someone who can confidently operate in a dynamic, high-detail environment, while staying several steps ahead of a fast-paced Managing Director.
You'll bring precision, consistency, and calm -- taking ownership of day-to-day operations, communication, and task follow-through. You'll be a critical partner in maintaining momentum across business functions while helping protect the MD's time, energy, and strategic focus.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the MD's calendar, inbox, priorities, and communications
Prepare meetings and briefings, meeting agendas, and follow-up notes -- ensuring consistent alignment
Track tasks, action items, and progress across strategic and operational initiatives
Assist the MD in Projects across the wider group of companies
Coordinate internal meetings, including EOS Level 10 meetings, rocks, scorecards, and follow-ups while holding staff to account.
Manage stakeholder communication -- internal and external -- with professionalism and clarity
Use project tools and task management (e.g. Smartsheet) to track timelines, commitments, and operational flow
Anticipate needs, provide reminders, and offer proactive support to reduce friction
Provide occasional personal admin support to keep business life running smoothly
You'll Thrive in This Role If You:
Have
10+ years' experience
supporting senior leaders in construction, property development, or design/architecture
Are a
natural organiser
with sharp attention to detail and high standards
Communicate clearly and professionally in all formats (written, verbal, visual)
Stay calm under pressure, adapt quickly, and manage competing priorities effortlessly
Understand high-value clients, long project timelines, and the pressures of bespoke delivery
Are proactive, intuitive, and two steps ahead -- always looking to make the MD's days, weeks and months more effective
Are discreet
Motivated to make a difference and be an example to other staff members
Are driven to want to be a key part to a rapidly growing company

Preferred Experience (Bonus but Not Essential)
Experience working in an
EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System)
