Your role

Are you a detail-orientated multitasker with solid organizational skills? Are you confident working across various time zones?

We\'re looking for an Executive Assistant to support Senior Management in our growing AM Private Markets Infrastructure business to include but not limited to:

  • manage diaries across various time zones whilst taking account of conflicting priorities and multiple demands on time
  • arrange meetings, both internal and external (including conference calls and video conference)
  • arrange travel bookings, itineraries and visa coordination where necessary (operating within UBS Travel Policy)
  • process expenses and reimbursements in a timely manner through UBS systems
  • assist with the smooth onboarding of new joiners to the team
  • support on smaller projects within the business

Your team

You\'ll be working in the Infrastructure team, part of the Real Estate and Private Markets business in London, primarily focusing on our exciting new initiatives -themes like Energy Storage and Eco Transport. As an Executive Assistant you will play an important part in assisting the senior management team in launching the new initiatives.

Your expertise
  • 3+ years administrative experience in a fast-paced large enterprise
  • proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • keen attention to detail, organized and able to seamlessly multitask
  • proven written and verbal communication skills
  • comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
  • build relationships with clients (internal and external) and their assistants
  • a language (French, Italian or German) would be strongly beneficial but not essential
