What We're Looking For
Bilingual Fluency:
Native-level Mandarin + fluent Business English (required)?
Experience:
2+ years in administrative or operational support roles within the finance or tech sectors
Hybrid Capabilities:
Able to build and manage efficient administrative systems (meeting management, documentation, cross-department coordination)
Basic financial analysis skills -- capable of comparing vendor quotes and reviewing contract terms independently
Familiar with UK financial regulations and able to research and summarize industry policies and market trends quickly
Bonus: Skilled in Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools
Strategic Thinking:
Able to extract insights from operational data and identify opportunities for business improvement and growth
Growth Potential:
Background in marketing, digital advertising, or user operations is a strong plus -- this role is designed to grow into a broader strategic function
Key Responsibilities
Support the COO in managing day-to-day operations and special projects
Coordinate UK-side product go-live and ensure smooth local execution
Lead or support post-launch marketing efforts in the UK market
Serve as the bridge between cross-border teams (China-UK)
Prepare internal documentation, vendor analysis, and KPI reports
Drive and manage partnerships with fintech vendors (payment, risk, compliance)
Participate in Open Banking and user growth initiatives
