Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Clinical Executive Assistant with Assistant Case Manager responsibilities to provide comprehensive support to the Company Director and Case Manager. This is a dual role that combines administrative responsibilities with clinical and case management support. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of working within a healthcare and rehabilitation environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage diaries and coordinate appointments for the Company Director and Case Manager
Provide administrative and case management support across all client-related activities
Assist with report writing under supervision from the Case Manager
Attend client appointments and relevant professional meetings
Take accurate minutes during meetings and ensure timely distribution
Maintain clinical case notes for both yourself and the Case Manager
Support the formulation and review of case management plans
Collaborate with clients and rehabilitation professionals to develop and monitor agreed goals
Maintain clear communication and documentation to ensure continuity of care
Essential Skills & Attributes:
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information professionally
Confidence in liaising with clients and professionals
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Desirable Experience:
Previous experience in case management or a healthcare setting
Experience supporting directors or senior leadership
Familiarity with rehabilitation or therapy services is an advantage
