The Role
As Executive Assistant to the Leadership Team, your role is to provide high-level administrative and strategic support across multiple senior leaders within the organisation. You will play a central role in ensuring the smooth coordination of executive operations, managing communications, schedules, and priorities with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires exceptional organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders. You will be a key point of contact both internally and externally, representing the leadership team and the wider organisation with warmth, clarity, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
You will be a Team Player and demonstrate leadership as a role model of WildLand values.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to members of the Leadership Team.
Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel across multiple schedules.
Prepare and organise documents for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
Act as a central point of contact for internal and external communications.
Coordinate logistics for leadership meetings, board sessions, and strategic events.
Track and follow up on action items and deliverables across departments.
Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the Leadership Team.
Support strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects as required. Maintain systems and records to ensure smooth executive operations.
Skills and Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive matters.
Ability to manage competing priorities and support multiple leaders simultaneously.
