The position requires outstanding communication, exceptional organisational skills, and meticulous punctuality to manage schedules and support high-level engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a professional and welcoming reception for senior military personnel and guests.
Oversee time management to ensure strict schedules are maintained.
Proactively manage the flow of meetings by moving ahead of schedule to confirm and prepare appointments.
Escort military personnel to each meeting, ensuring timely arrivals.
Record and track meetings that are completed, missed, or rescheduled, providing clear updates where required.
The required dates are 8-12th September inclusive.
