Are you a passionate and service-driven individual looking for your next opportunity in the hospitality industry? Glasgow Marriott Hotel is hiring an Executive Lounge Host / Food & Beverage Service Expert to join our exceptional team.

The position is contracted to 25 hours per week, working 5 nights between the hours of 5 PM to 10 PM

What You'll Be Doing:

As an Executive Lounge Host, you will play a key role in delivering an elevated guest experience by providing efficient, warm, and engaging food and beverage service in our exclusive Executive Lounge.


Your Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional service to our guests in the Executive Lounge Serve food and beverages efficiently with attention to detail and a positive attitude Handle guest enquiries and resolve any issues swiftly and professionally Ensure the lounge is set up and maintained throughout service periods Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in all F&B areas Demonstrate full knowledge of the menu and confidently make recommendations

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or customer service (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills A proactive team player with a warm, welcoming personality High attention to detail and problem-solving ability Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Ability to stand, walk, or move for extended periods
