Job Description


The RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated Executive & Office Operations Manager (m/f/d) to support our executive team and ensure the smooth operation of our UK office. This hybrid role combines executive assistance with office management, requiring a dynamic individual capable of multitasking and handling a variety of responsibilities.To join our team, you should be excited to cover the following:

  • Executive Support:
  • Manage and coordinate the schedules of senior executives, including calendar management and meeting arrangements
  • Organize travel plans and logistics for executives
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
  • Office Management:
  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a productive work environment
  • Coordinate and manage office events, including company lunches and gatherings
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding office matters
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Implement and maintain office systems, including data management and filing
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees

Your Profile
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or in a similar administrative role
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High degree of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and efficiently under pressure
