Job Description

Thermaglaze are looking for a full time, permanent ffice Operations Manager to work alongside the General Manager in supporting our team at our rural office location in Sutton Veny, Nr Warminster.

This role would be ideal for someone with good organisational skills, general office/admin experience and an all-round understanding of the importance of procedures within a business process.

They will need exceptional customer focus skills and flexibility to look at the many roles involved from all perspectives.

Minimum hours required 40 hours per week Monday - Friday

In this role, you would be providing support for all areas of the business from Sales to Installations and direct support to Management.

Attention to detail is essential, as considerable data entry processes will be involved and a correct first-time attitude will be required.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

Working with the General Manager on developing and implementing a full Company Management System. Assisting the GM with database reports on all internal departments and procedures. Managing of phone systems, database and office equipment alongside our external support companies. Administration duties throughout the business process including holiday cover. Inputting information into our bespoke database. Answering phone calls and emails. Overseeing maintenance and management of vehicle fleet. General office administration supporting all departments. Perform data entry and update customer information accurately in the system.
Person Specification:

Previous office administration & office manager experience Professional and personable telephone manner Able to work under pressure and to timescales Excellent communication and organisational skills Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office

Pay: 27,000.00-30,000.00 per year
