We are looking for an Executive Personal Assistant to join our AXA Partners HR Department
starting
from mid-January 2026
(7-month contract).
You will provide administrative support to 1 x Executive Committee Member and 1 x Executive working in the AXA Partners HR function. The role will include providing dedicated personal support to enable them to carry out their duties efficiently, and will include diary management, travel management, preparation of meeting papers and scheduling of meetings.
This role will be based in Redhill. Occasional travel may be required. The role will involve liaison with internal and external contacts throughout the AXA Group as well as other external contacts, such as clients.
What you'll be doing:

Efficiently manage the executive's calendar
by scheduling, prioritizing, and coordinating meetings, ensuring adequate time for preparation, work, and travel. Proactively identify scheduling conflicts and resolve them promptly.
Support with email correspondence
by filtering, prioritizing, and drafting responses where appropriate, ensuring urgent matters are addressed in a timely manner, and flagging critical issues for the executive's attention.
Coordinate travel arrangements
including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries for business trips, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to company policies.
Prepare and process expense reports
accurately, ensuring timely submission and compliance with company policies, and maintaining detailed records for auditing purposes.
by managing priorities, providing briefing materials, and identifying potential issues before they arise, enabling smooth daily operations.
Manage processes
including approvals in tools like COUPA, SILVA and NEO.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
in all interactions and documentation.
Continuously seek process improvements
to enhance efficiency, streamline administrative procedures, and support organizational goals
Any other duties as reasonably required
What you'll bring:
