A well-established family-run company is looking for a Personal Assistant. This opportunity can be full-time or part-time (the minimum requirement is 24 hours per week) and is permanent. Ideally, we are looking for someone who would like to work from home and doesn't mind travelling to Stafford when needed. We are offering a salary between 17,000-19,000, depending on experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing comprehensive and highly confidential executive personal assistance and administrative support service to the Director of the business.
Complex day-to-day diary management with inbox management.
Supporting the production of reports and presentations, plus other general administration and ad-hoc duties.
Organisation of all travel arrangements for the Director(s), and company representatives including domestic and international flights ensuring a timely, accurate, and cost-effective approach.
Producing accurate minutes for meetings and distributing action points accordingly.
Drafting customer correspondence on behalf of the Director.
Organisation of seasonal events for the Director and ad-hoc employee events when required.
Arranging catering requirements for meetings.

Demonstrable experience of providing support to Directors and Senior Management level.
Ability to exercise complete discretion when processing sensitive strategic/financial information.
Experience in working efficiently in a demanding environment and delivering to strict deadlines and targets.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work on your own initiative with integrity.
Flexibility and adaptability, strong ability in multi-tasking on a range of different tasks, and a willingness to go above and beyond if necessary to meet deadlines.
The ability to prioritise tasks and delegate when necessary.
Excellent organisation and time management skills with a high attention to detail.
The ability to research, digest, analyse, and present material clearly and concisely.
Polished communication skills, and an excellent understanding of both verbal and written English language, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages, such as Microsoft Office.
