Datar Cancer Genetics UK is seeking a highly organised Executive - Sales & Marketing Support to support our growing private oncology marketing team. This hybrid role combines remote work with visits to private hospitals, clinics, and laboratories.
You'll coordinate oncology test requests end-to-end, act as the main point of contact for clinicians and patients, and support marketing and service improvement projects. The role suits someone confident working with senior healthcare professionals in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate oncology diagnostic tests from request to result
Provide high-quality support to consultants, clinics, and patients
Liaise with laboratories, couriers, and internal teams
Support marketing activities, events, and client communications
Maintain accurate records and ensure GDPR and quality compliance
Requirements
Experience in private healthcare, diagnostics, or medical customer service
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail
Oncology, genetics, or diagnostics experience is an advantage
