THE ROLE
We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Support Executive to join Leaf and become a key enabler of our commercial growth. This role sits at the heart of our sales and marketing activity--ensuring the sales team has the tools, insights, and leads they need to succeed.
You'll take ownership of our marketing materials, CRM data, lead generation support, and market intelligence. You'll help us better understand our customers, target the right prospects, and show up consistently and professionally across every sales touchpoint. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, collaboration, and making a tangible impact in a fast-growing business. You'll work closely with the founders, sales, marketing, and operations teams.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR A SALES & MARKETING SUPPORT EXECUTIVE TO
Own the creation, maintenance, and organisation of all sales and marketing materials (digital and print), ensuring everything is on-brand and sales-ready
Support sales campaigns by preparing brochures, one-pagers, presentations, and other customer-facing collateral
Manage and maintain CRM data, ensuring records are accurate, up to date, and actionable for the sales team
Research, build, and qualify prospect lists to support targeted sales outreach and marketing campaigns
Support email campaigns and newsletters using tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or CRM platforms
Prepare campaign and performance reports (e.g. engagement, open/click rates, lead pipeline contribution)
Gather customer feedback, competitor activity, and market insights, sharing learnings with sales and leadership
Work closely with Operations to ensure customer sample requests are supported--Sales & Marketing ensure readiness; Operations manage logistics

You are comfortable working with CRM systems and managing customer and prospect data
You enjoy research, lead generation, and turning information into actionable insights
You have strong organisational skills and an eye for detail
You are proactive, curious, and enjoy working across multiple projects at once
You are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who is happy to roll up their sleeves
You are empathetic, collaborative, and solutions-focused
