Executive Talent Partner

What you will do:

Partner with senior stakeholders to understand talent requirements across Supply Chain, Logistics, and Procurement functions. Deliver strategic hiring solutions that align with business needs and long-term growth. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from talent mapping and sourcing to offer management. Build strong pipelines of exceptional talent using innovative sourcing techniques. Provide market insights and data to support hiring decisions and workforce planning. Ensure a best-in-class candidate and stakeholder experience at every stage.

What We're Looking For:

6+ Proven experience in

executive recruitment

, with an advantage if you have worked within Supply Chain, Logistics, and Procurement functions. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships. Track record of delivering results in fast-paced, high-demand environments. Ability to use data and insights to drive decision-making and recruitment strategies. Experience in

process redefining

, continuously improving recruitment approaches to deliver best-in-class results. Proactive, adaptable, and confident in working in an embedded talent model.
