A globally recognised leader within the exhibition and events industry is seeking an experienced

Exhibition Project Manager

to join our growing team in Leeds.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile exhibitions, delivering outstanding projects for clients around the world while collaborating with a team of skilled project managers.

The Role

As an Exhibition Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning and delivery of exhibition stands from concept through to completion. Working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and clients, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

While the role is primarily based at our Leeds head office, it may include occasional on-site work during event build-ups and live shows.

Key Responsibilities

Ordering and managing all exhibition site services Coordinating logistics, including transport, storage, and scheduling Ordering and tracking miscellaneous stand items and materials Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and venue organisers Managing timelines, budgets, and project documentation Supporting on-site delivery and breakdown when required Working collaboratively within a team of project managers to share best practice

About You

Previous experience in exhibition, events, or project management ideal Strong organisational and multitasking skills Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously Proactive, solutions-focused, and a strong team player Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site support
