We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Existing Product Coordinator to join our growing eCommerce team.
About the Role
We're looking for an Existing Product Co-Ordinator to join our dynamic product team. In this role, you'll oversee all aspects of product changes, monitor assemblies, and drive innovation testing to ensure our products remain top-notch and continue to meet customer needs.
You will be responsible for managing and optimising our current product portfolio. You'll work across teams to implement product modifications, oversee assembly processes, and lead ongoing testing and innovation efforts to keep our offerings competitive and aligned with market demands. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for continuous improvement, a strategic mindset, and a hands-on approach to product development.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute daily product changes, from minor modifications to larger redesigns, ensuring alignment with quality standards and customer expectations
Oversee the assembly process, ensuring product integrity, accuracy, and efficiency at every stage
Lead innovation testing for existing products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to explore new features, ingredients, and enhancements
Analyse customer feedback and product performance data to identify opportunities for product improvements and new innovations
Coordinate with purchasing, production, and design teams to implement changes and resolve any product issues
Ensure that product updates and modifications meet all quality control and regulatory standards
Maintain detailed product documentation and communicate updates effectively across all teams, ensuring consistency and clarity across the business
What We're Looking For
Strong administration background with the ability to use multiple systems.
Strong mathematical ability
Proven experience in a production/manufacturing environment, with a good understanding of production processes.
Solid understanding of product lifecycle management, from assembly through to customer feedback analysis
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to act decisively in fast-paced environments
Ability to collaborate across teams (design, production, marketing, etc.) and drive cross-functional projects to completion
A keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills for product performance and customer insights
Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to various stakeholders
High attention to detail - you catch the small things before they become big issues
