Experience Coordinator

The Experience Coordinator is responsible for delivering an exceptional, seamless experience for our courses and events. Instructors, speakers, and learners will be in contact with you on a daily basis - your role is to support them throughout this process and ensure their experience is exceptional throughout their entire journey.

Responsibilities

Work with the Experience Lead to execute the best experience for BrainStation courses and events Coordinate logistics with campus operations and marketing teams for both in-person and online experiences Identify opportunities to improve the student experience and course delivery process with a continuous improvement mindset Track and report data and feedback to measure course and event success Conduct student onboarding and course preparation to ensure a smooth handoff to Instructors for course delivery Collaborate in creating programs and strategies that build the BrainStation community, for both industry experts and learners Resource event panelists for BrainStation events, building connections with industry experts Participate in the tech community and build the BrainStation brand beyond the campus

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 1-3 years experience in a customer or client-facing role Strong attention to detail Thrives in a fast-paced environment Willing to try new things and pivot as needed Professional verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking experience A dedication to providing the best customer service and experience Willingness to help out where needed in all facets of the organisation A passion for learning new skills
