Office Administrator required in Reading area for a Domiciliary Care agency

Duties -
Manage incoming calls and emails
Ensure Care Plans are reviewed regularly
Update staff and service user records accurately using Microsoft Excel and our databases
Have a can do attitude and spread positivity across the team
Assist with getting background checks and updating rotas on our systems
Order company supplies such as stationary
Admin duties such as filing, scanning and archiving
Be able to manage challenging situations in a calm manner and lead by example
Skills Needed for this Job Role -
Strong on Microsoft Excel and Word skills
Strong Emailing skills and great telephone manner
Experience within an administration support role
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
Can do attitude and team player
At least one year of Administration experience is required
Experience within the care / health sector would be an advantage but is not essential for the right candidate
