Experienced Agricultural Consultant

Bristol Area, United Kingdom

Job Description

Kelly Farm Consulting is an independent Agricultural Consultancy Practice covering the South West of England. We have no ties with the supply trade and we never take supplier commission. This means we sell no feed, or any other physical products allowing us to be completely independent and unbiased.
We are currently seeking an experienced Agricultural Consultant to join our close-knit team. The role will primarily cover the South West of England. The role will be based at our offices near Bristol, and regular travel to client's farms will be required.
You'll be supporting progressive farming clients across the South West with business advice, technical insight, and practical delivery. We're open to a range of specialisms - whether your strengths are in dairy systems, arable management, grants, livestock nutrition, or strategic planning, we'd love to hear from you.
A FACTS and/or BASIS qualification would be an advantage, but this can be obtained in post if required.
Given the nature of our industry, you will ideally be a good all-rounder, and be capable of delivering advice on all aspects of the farming business.
You must have a proven track record of establishing and maintaining relationships with farming businesses and expanding a client portfolio.
A competitive package is on offer including:

  • Negotiable salary depending on experience
  • Company Car or Car Allowance
  • Private medical insurance
  • Workplace pension scheme
  • Paid membership of professional schemes
  • Option to buy shares in the business after 12 months.
To apply, please send a full CV and a covering letter telling us why you are the right person for the job to or call Sam on 07777 696080. All enquiries and applications will be treated in strict confidence.
