Your Key Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience from welcome to after-sales. Build lasting client relationships by offering expert advice and bespoke service. Maintain the luxury showroom's impeccable presentation and atmosphere. Develop deep product knowledge in diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewellery. Identify sales opportunities and proactively drive business growth. Collaborate with colleagues to meet and exceed store targets.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

Minimum

1 year

of jewellery or luxury retail sales experience OR

3 years

in general sales. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confidence with all customer types. Passion for luxury products, especially jewellery and watches. Strong attention to detail, presentation, and professionalism. Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn.

Nice-to-haves:

Prior diamond or fine jewellery expertise. Additional languages (advantageous with international clientele).

Role Details

Job Type:

Full-time or part-time (15-37.5 hours/week)

Schedule:

8-hour day shifts, including weekends

Salary Range:

15,000-32,000/year (or pro-rata for part-time) + commission + bonuses

Chester City Centre (on-site only)
