Across 1,000 ha - 700 ha of which are dedicated to arable cropping and stewardship - we champion a notill farming system and manage a modest conservation-focused shoot.Role OverviewWe're seeking a skilled Arable Operator to join our tightknit team. You'll work with minimal supervision, ensuring efficiency and precision in all field operations.
