Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere. Prepare and serve drinks accurately and quickly. Assist with opening and closing duties of the venue as required. Ensure bar area is clean, well-stocked, and organized. Supervise other staff members on the bar when required. Support food service during busy periods with strong knowledge of the menu. Suggest additional products or specials to guests to enhance their experience and increase sales. Help with event setups, including parties and guest interaction. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations. Personally handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

Qualifications:

2+ years of bar or food service experience - managerial and event experience a plus. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Availability for flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
