Experienced Bar Tender
Job Description
Due to a recent expansion, Pranzo Italian is looking to hire an enthusiastic, deeply experienced, and dedicated bartender.
We are looking for someone with a strong interest in wines, spirits, and cocktails. This role would be perfect for someone looking to make a career in hospitality.
We currently have an ambitious drinks menu that we are constantly looking to develop and improve and you will be expected to input in cocktail development.
You will receive full training on wine and food pairings and wine tasting and will become confident in walking customers through our wine menu and spirit collection.
About us:At Pranzo we specialise in homemade pasta and Calabrian style dishes, we also have an excellent wine menu and an exciting cocktail menu that is constantly improving.
Pranzo is a rapidly growing business that is looking for passionate and committed people to help it grow and develop.
Experience and passion are necessary for all things bar-related, and good food is a must.
You must be 18+ for this role.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve various beverages to customers, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste. Maintained cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards. Engage with guests to provide excellent hospitality and build rapport. Manage time effectively to serve customers promptly during busy periods. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address customer needs.
Qualifications
Proven bartending experience with a strong understanding of drink preparation and serving techniques Excellent hospitality skills to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs Previous restaurant experience with effective time management abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.00-15.00 per hour
